By accessing or using Wexlio's website and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

Wexlio provides an autonomous AI-powered outbound sales platform for B2B businesses. Our Services include prospect sourcing, automated email outreach, reply handling, and lead notification via text and WhatsApp. Wexlio is currently in pre-launch and available through a waitlist.

By joining the waitlist, you provide accurate information including your name, work email, and mobile phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your information. Waitlist position does not guarantee access to the service on any specific date.

Founding members who join during the pre-launch period lock in a rate of $199/month. Regular pricing starts at $399/month. All pricing is subject to change for new subscribers. You will see a transparent quote before any payment is required. You may cancel at any time with no long-term commitment.

You agree not to use Wexlio to:

• Send spam or unsolicited bulk communications
• Violate any applicable laws, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or TCPA
• Transmit malicious content or interfere with our systems
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Collect or harvest personal data from recipients without lawful basis

Wexlio reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

All outreach sent through Wexlio complies with CAN-SPAM requirements, including proper sender identification, opt-out mechanisms, and accurate subject lines. Emails are sent through authenticated infrastructure with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC configured. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the service complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

All content, features, and functionality of the Wexlio website and platform are owned by Wexlio and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Wexlio is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee specific results, lead volumes, or conversion rates. Past performance metrics shown on our website, including simulated agent demonstrations, are illustrative and do not guarantee future results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wexlio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Wexlio in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting updated terms on this page. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
